The apartment itself has a large beautifully furnished lounge and dining room with leather sofas and a flat screen, high definition TV, sky satellite box and a dvd player with a selection of films. There is a private balcony leading from the lounge with patio table and chairs which gives excellent views of the secure garden and pool area below. The master bedroom with double bed also benefits from a large walk in dressing room with wall to wall fitted wardrobes and access to the ensuite bathroom comprising bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and w.c. This bedroom also has its own terrace with patio furniture and magnificent uninterrupted views of the Mijas countryside and mountains. The second bedroom is furnished with twin single beds and is served by the second bathroom with w.c., handbasin and walk in shower. Additional single beds: Should they be required, there are also two additional fold out single beds.

One can be easily accommodated in the separate dressing room off the master bedroom and the other in the spacious lounge. Offering a total sleeping capacity of 6 persons. The kitchen is fitted with all modern, quality appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven with halogen hob,microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The apartment also has its own designated underground, secure parking space.
