This complex is suitable for couples looking for a quiet holiday. It is not suitable for young children.

We provide a free airport pick-up and drop-off facility to the apartment, which helps to settle you in. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, water, milk and a complimentary bottle of wine is provided. Information on activities, restaurants and shopping is also provided to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

Nestled on the coast in the southern central part of the island, it is only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife Airport and is a convenient place from which to explore Lanzarote’s tourist and cultural attractions.

Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent seafood restaurants.

Although the resort has grown over the last twenty years — it now stretches along the whole 6 kilometres of golden sandy beaches — the town has been saved from the high-rise buildings that blight so many other destinations due to the strict planning restrictions.

Due to the fantastic Lanzarote climate, Puerto del Carmen offers the ability to enjoy outdoor activities all year round, including diving, snorkeling, scenic walks and golf.

The apartment is close to great restaurants (both local and international), bars and shopping facilities.

Notes: This is a comfortable apartment with modern facilities, the balcony provides stunning panoramic views of the harbour, sea and volcanic mountains. It is in a quiet location. There is communal access to both outdoor pools and sun loungers. Kitchen facilities include oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, plates and glass ware for 4 people. A washing machine and clothes horse is also provided with washing powder for your first load. Both bath and beach towels are provided. There is basic sky / cable access, however compatible with your personal sky cards which may facilitate further channels if desired. The apartment is within the 'Old Town' of 'Puerto del Carmen', close to great restaurants, good shops, plenty of bars for to suit everyone's taste, scenic walks, golden sand beaches and the harbour.

From the moment Sylvia picked us up from the airport was stress free we arrived at the apartment to find it was just how it was described absolutely brilliant, stunning apartment and the views over the harbour were breathtaking and only a few minutes walk from all the bards and lovely restaurants, will definately book again.

'Home From Home In An Amazing Setting'

This apartment is all you would want from a quiet getaway in the sunshine with breath-taking views. Thanks a million Sylvia; your apartment is fantastic, clean and well maintained with good communication from yourself throughout.

If your dates are available then don't hesitate, book it now - you won't regret it. I only wish the dates I wanted in March were available.

If you are looking for a stress free holiday then this is the apartment for you, from the moment Hugh picked us up from the airport until he kindly took us back everything was just great. This apartment is very clean and comfortable and in a very quiet area which over looks the harbour and mountains, plenty of restaurants to choose from close by and lovely walks along the coast line.This was our first time in Lanzarote and look forward to our next visit, many thanks to Sylvia and Hugh.

Modern apartment, ideally situated

My family and I have stayed at this apartment for the past 5 years. It is a good size with all modern facilities, spotlessly clean and homely beyond belief. Sky TV, bookcase full of books, music centre and ipod dock, what more could you want! The bedding, towels and beach towels are all provided free and are changed weekly. The complex is small and friendly, with 2 pools and beautiful gardens, all cleaned daily by complex staff. The apartment overlooks the harbour which also has great views from the balcony. Close to local bars and supermarkets, and not too long a walk to local beach. I cannot say enought to thank Sylvia and Hugh as we have many great holidays here and will definately be returning !!!!!

All Home Comforts - Great Apartment!

Just returned from 8 days in Sylvia & Hugh's apartment and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartments we have rented. Our every need was catered for and it was spotless. It is in an excellent location looking over the port but very quiet. Great restaurants in the street below the apartment so you don't need to go further afield if you don't want to. Great range of books - I read 4 while I was there, that's how relaxing a place it is. We will be back!! Hugh's taxi service from and to the airport was very much appreciated.

Thanks again to both of you.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
