This Executive 5 Bedroom Villa is for the ideal gateway with either children or family featuring large heated pool with spa .Childrens Play area at the back of the property which is over looked from the decking area of the pool . The house was build in 2004 with all the up to date mod cons .No neighbours at the back of the property this beats even the best hotels having your own flexablity to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. Calabay Parc is one of the most sort after locations in Orlando for the Disney area for holiday makers. We have updated the villa this year with new TV/dvd's in everyroom new large 46' flat screen in lounge and brand new full sized pool table located in garage .

Well what can I say you will be in wounderland DISNEY the home of DREAMS .There is so much to see and do in the area ,you can do literally anything. The shops are just 5mins away on the 27 and disney Resort is 15 mins by car and Universal is about hour ,sea world is 45 mins along with some of the water parks .

  • A booking deposit of $370 per week or £250.00 is required on booking the Villa .Pool heating is available for the winter months Nov-March for $137 or £95.00 per week. Internet access is thrown in . Cleaning and maid service is extra should you require this service the cost is $119 and £100 per week . The payement on the balance of your holiday rental is due 8 weeks before your arrival. Any damage to the villa will result in the security deposit not refunded.
  • Any extreme utility bills will be deducted from customers security deposit .

High on our priority list was the location. You will find directions to our villa are very easy to follow. Calabay Parc is on H27, and only minutes from the 192 which makes it a fantastic location, 30 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Disney, within 2 minutes drive you have supermarkets for all your grocery needs and local restaurants. The Villa is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all come supplied with bedlinen & towels . large Kitchen with all up to date equipment ,Cooker ,large american fridge freezer ,microwave,washing machine & tumble dryer. South West facing Pool area & spa .Quiet Location a very nice large luxury home with pool table and childrens play area out the back of the villa.

An outstanding feature of the villa is the large screened deck area which contains the Spa and Swimming Pool. Both are South/West facing onto conservation and has the sun shining on it all-day long. There is a large lanai with luxury padded poolside furniture, large tables plus padded sun loungers. The Pool/Spa and Decking area are completely private with surrounding trees and bushes. The Deck and Pool/Spa can be brought to life with the pool lighting at night so there is no need to go indoors when the sun goes down! Access to Pool area are via patio doors from the Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom Suite. For the Winter months an electric pool heater is available at extra cost. There is also a safety fence and door alarms around the pool this is required by law in Florida for the safety of young children.
