Cuddys Cottage is a fully self contained holiday apartment. New in 2009, it offers high quality, with lovely cosy home comforts! The accommodation will sleep up to 6 people on request (max 4 adults), and briefly comprises; Fully fitted kitchen with fan assisted oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Generous sized family bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, full sized bunk beds. Spacious open plan lounge area, LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, comfortable furnishings including a double sofa bed (for 2 additional guests). Good sized family bathroom with luxury fittings, large shower cubicle, power shower, WC and wash basin. Lobby with built in cupboard for coats and shoes.
Guests enjoy allocated parking, seperate entrance and seating area, as well as use of the lovely garden with summerhouse, decked area and koi pond.
Children may like to explore our woodland area, where they can build 'camps'! The garden enjoys open views to the rear and is completely private. Hens and ducks lay fresh eggs daily, and are on sale for guests.
Situated in a very popular area with walkers and cyclists, there are so many beautiful places close by to explore. Only 5 miles from the beautiful market town of Richmond with it's fabulous castle and riverside walks. Very close to the beautiful unspoilt Yorkshire Dales countryside. Alternatively Whitby and the coast are to the east. The cultural city of Newcastle, Angel of the North, Baltic Mill, galleries and shopping to the North. Historic York City and the Minster, Fountains Abbey are to the south.
There are numerous attractions for families with children. Local ameneties include golf, fishing, swimming, boating, pony trekking, cycling, beautiful sights, historic castles, quad biking, cinema and lots, lots more.
