This very quaint and tidy cottage style bungalow is situated only 200 yards from a nice beach and promenade of Kinmel Bay Conway.It is at the end of a cul de sac and has secure parking.Car park for 5 cars.Recently fully refirbished throughout it has very large spacious lounge and bedrooms giving families plenty of space .Children are well catered for having a playroom,Air hockey table,pool tableand conservatory with t.v.secure rear garden with swing and slide decking area and barbeque.
