Detached 2 bedroom bungalow very well equipped with pretty rear garden.

'Seashells' is located just off the seafront in a private road within the quiet village of Ferring. The village is nestled between the sea and the scenic South Downs. The property offers spacious, comfortable accomodation and is well equipped with all necessary appliances and central heating throughout. The sunny large lounge has patio doors leading to the landscaped rear garden with table, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over - there are 2 seperate WC's. Parking on own private driveway.Worthing is the local town with many restaurants, theatres and shops. The South Downs offer many picturesque downland walks or for those wanting the excitement of city life Brighton is within easy driving distance with its numerous attractions including the famous Lanes and Royal Pavillion. London is easily accessible by train or car.

Historic Arundel is 5 miles away with its castle, cathedral and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust set in over 60 beautiful acres.

Holiday Let Accomodation - Ferring: The bungalow is well equipped and situated in a quiet private residential road in Ferring, nr Worthing.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The pretty garden is secluded with a sunny patio area and garden furniture. The lounge has Freeview TV and DVD/Video player, CD radio and is bright and spacious with patio doors leading to rear garden. The bathroom has an electric shower over bath and there is 2 separate cloakrooms.

Ferring location : Ferring is located close to the South Downs National Park. There are numerous walks from the property along the coast into Worthing or Littlehampton. London is easily accessible from local rail station direct to London Victoria station (approx 1 hour) and by car (approx 90mins).

The local village shops and pubs/restaurants are within easy walking distance. The highly recommended 'Bluebird' seafront cafe is a few minutes walking distance along Ferring foreshore and serves breakfast and meals throughout the day.
