An entrance lobby, perfect for those walking boots, leads into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a very special window seat overlooking the delightful cottage garden and fields beyond. Here you can enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine and a book, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Upstairs the en-suite double bedroom has a single bed tucked under the window (perfect for families). The lovely garden is very much a feature of the property along with the “Pink Palace” summerhouse at the bottom, but the most important residents of the garden of Little Woodberrie are of course, the cats! In the autumn of their lives they are a bit aloof but may condescend to grant you an audience!
