The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area has views onto the Promenade. The lounge has a three seater/sofa bed and a two seater sofa with a flat screen TV and a dining table which seats four people. The fitted kitchen has appliances including: a gas hob with extractor hood over, double oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The master bedroom has a double bed, and an en suite shower room (with wash hand basin and WC). The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms benefit from wardrobes and chest of drawers. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite with shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.

Property also includes a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels supplied. There is a designated parking space.
