Roquetas de Mar is situated 25 km west of Almería and 160 km east of Malaga. It is one of the few resorts in Europe where the rainfall is scarce. The sun shines for more than 320 days a year! There are various bars and resturaunts within 5 minutes walk of the apartment including Bar Spinnaker who offer food and drink at very reasonable prices. A 20-minute stroll along the promenade takes you to the marina which is surrounded by various tapas bars and restaurants, specialising in fish dishes. Roquetas has an 18-hole golf course and is also part of the Natural Park and its marshes attact many species of bird, including flamingos who come here to breed. Water sports for the sports enthusiast there are excellent activities available. You can practice all kinds of aquatic sports such as water-skiing, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, diving, boating and yachting. For those who like to shop there are various local gift shops and supermarkets within easy reach of the apartment.

Around 1 hour from Roquetas is Mini Hollywood where over 100 films have been shot, including the classics A Fistful of Dollars and The Magnificent Seven which starred Clint Eastwood.

Very nice and pleasant place !!

This appartment is very nice and well furnished. Nice room, living room and bathroom.
The terrasse is very huge and often offers the choice between sun or shadow because it's in two parts. The biggest part is quite always in the sun !

The appartment was very clean and everything we need was in it !

The pool is very pleasant too with not too many people.
The organization was perfect to take and give back the keys.

I recommend this appartment for everything above, the price and the contact with the owner !
