Only just started to rent out our property, The apartment is situated between two beautiful salt lakes. This new beautiful two bedroomed appartment has everything you require for the perfect holiday or long term rental. Ensuite facilities to double bedroom, bunkbeds and single bed in second bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge and a separte bathroom. All mod cons, with beautiful roof sun terrace, huge tiled garden and the use of the fully maintained communal gardens and swimming pool. Local area is host to many bars and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Mexican, English, Spanish and Japanese cuisine. Local beach only 15 minutes walk away, with many other beatiful beaches nearby.

Only 15 minutes walk to the local beach, with a beautiful bar/ restaurant right next to it, should you fancy a ice-cold drink or a bite to eat. There are many other beaches nearby, near enough to explore on foot. There are many bars and restaurants only minutes away from the property, with every type of food you could imagine. Mercadona, the best supermarket in Spain is only two minutes walk away, they supply a huge amount of fresh seafood, meats and dairy produce. There are also many shops locally and a newly opened shopping centre, with the best family run fish and chip restaurant, a chinese Wok restaurant with an 'all you can eat' buffet cooked in front of you. There are also shops, bars and a perfumery. There are dozens of golf courses in the local area also. It is only a 15 minute bus ride into the local town of Torreveija, considered a mini Benidorm.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Airport Transfers can be arranged if required, currently from 45 euros each way per family of 4.

    A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover any breakages, damage or loss of keys etc, Also, the apartment must be cleaned and the bedding washed and the beds re-made before leaving, the apartment cleaned and left as you found it. If you are unable to do this arrangements can be made for this to be done for a charge or 60 Euros. If all of the above are undertaken, the deposit will be returned when the apartment is vacated and the apartment checked.

    Other services for example a welcome pack can be arranged for a small fee.

    A booking deposit of £50 is required on booking apartment, with the remaining amount being paid 6 weeks prior to stay.

Sleeps 7 people, main bedroom with ensuite shower room and wardrobes with safe. Second bedroom with bunk beds and single divan bed and wardrobes. Lounge with dining area, with television. Newly fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster etc. All crockery, cutlery, utensils, and all other kitchen equipment provided. Bedding supplied. Upstairs sun roof, complete with patio suite x 2 and bbq. Balcony with patio suite. Large tiled garden with patio suite also. The use of a large, fully maintained communal swimming pool and lush gardens. Only 15 minutes walk to the local beach, with a beautiful bar/ restaurant right next to it, should you fancy a ice-cold drink or a bite to eat. There are many other beaches nearby, near enough to explore on foot. There are many bars and restaurants only minutes away from the property, with every type of food you could imagine. There are also shops and a newly opened shopping centre.

There are dozens of golf courses in the local ares also. It is only a 15 minute bus ride into the local town of Torreveija, considered a mini Benidorm. This hosts many shops, bars, craft markets, weekly huge market and a beautfiful marina with the the biggest walkway you have ever seen!!! 30 minutes transfer from Alicatne airport and 20 minutes tranfers from Murcia airport, cheap transfers available.
