Recently refurbished to a luxury standard with the benifit of a lift. This stunning second floor self-catering apartment is an ideal base to enjoy Scarborough and its surrounding areas, easy access to tour York, Whitby, and all Yorkshires dinasaur coast. Situated in a beautiful residential area of south cliff, steeped in Victorian history. Only one minutes walk to the funicular cliff lift, which takes you directly to the beach and Spa complex. A ten minute stroll over the spa bridge takes you into the busy cosmpolitan town centre, all the way with a breathtaking view of the south bay and ancient 12th Century Scarborough Castle which goes back to prehistoric settlers. The apartment is also less than 5 minutes walk to all the local amenities, including mini marts, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, bars etc which is on 'Ramshill'. Parking is in a zoned area, scratch cards will be issued for free parking for the duration of your stay.

Scarborough is classed as an all round holiday resort, which has a wide variety of activities to suit all ages from the very young to the old. Surfing is a popular sport mainly at Cayton bay and on the north bay. The seafront is a world of entertainment with the amusement arcades, fishing, two sandy beaches from the north and souths bays, donkey rides galore on the beach so bring your bucket and spades. There are pleasure boat trips up and down the coast including up to Whitby. There are good museums, theatres including Stephen Joseph in the round, cinemas, lots of golf courses, horse riding, sailing, Scarborough Castle with lots of programmed events to include a camelot theme with jousting on horsback. The Spa Complex is famous for its open-air orchestral concerts, with breathtaking views of the sea and coastline.

  • Short breaks are available and calculated on a percentage of the weeks rates, weekends classed as fri,sat,sun.

    A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. If your holiday break fall less than 8 weeks the full amount is payable. Also a booking fee of £15 to be added to the final amount for the break you choose.

    Apart from peak season when Saturday is my change over day, all year round is usually Friday & Monday but I am negotiable.

    Check in is from 2.30pm and departure by 10am.

    A car is not nessesary, parking is in a zoned area but permit will be issued to you.

This stunning apartment which is part of a large Edwardian terrace in a prime residential south cliff area, has only just been refurbished to a high standard, including new oak kitchen with all modern appliances. The lounge is very well furnished with comfy seating for at least six people, including a large leather bed settee which makes this apartment very versatile indeed, two chairs in the bay window area are great for enjoying the brilliant views of the sea, and 'prince of wales' gardens, lots of games to enjoy for in home entertaintment including digital t.v. The main bedroom is in a country pine style with all good quality fittments including very sumptious mattresses to all beds, sleeps 4, t.v. is standard. The second bedroom is a double sleeping 2, and is also a good standard with t.v. The bathroom is lovely with powerful shower over the bath and totally refurbished with new bathroom suite.

The whole apartment has all new floor coverings including wool carpeting for that extra special feel of luxury during your stay. Decor is in neutral colours and newly done, so with our exeptional standard of hygene and cleanliness, makes this apartment very bright and airy. There is a door phone entry system for added security, this property has approximately five steps to the outside ground level.
