The house has a large gravelled driveway offering parking for 5 cars, leading to the front door. Through a Victorian porchway, is a large reception hallway with both reception rooms leading off. Both rooms accommodate 10 people. From the dining room there is an archway to the very large kitchen which brings a family gathering warmly together. There is also a kitchen table for a more casual breakfast or lunch. The kitchen then leads through French doors to the private garden area. The gym is also on the ground floor offering a substanital rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer and punch bag. The ground floor also boasts a separate shower room, toilet and utility area with sink. The utility area can be used as accommodation for dogs with unsupervised access to the garden giving dog owners well-deserved freedom. Moving up to the second floor, there are two twin bedded rooms. On the top floor there are 3 very large bedrooms with double/king beds.
The top floor has a bathroom/toilet. There is also a utility room with two washing machines and tumble dryers.
Property: The house sleeps 10-12. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Bedrooms: 3 double, 2 twin/One of the doubles also has a double bed settee for 2 children. Bathrooms: 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom including toilet. Kitchen: Range, microwave, Large fridge freezer and ice dispenser, dishwasher. Outside: Garden, parking swimming pool, patio furniture, sun loungers. There are lots of different beaches on the Island. In and around Ryde there are long sandy beaches all with different characteristics. This is a perfect holiday destination offering lots of entertainment for all ages and the chance of a well deserved rest.
