A pleasant 2bed 2bath house situated in a relaxing part of Spain. Spacious garden (courtyard) ready for entertaining or relaxing in the sun. Convenient parking available in a secure gated and alarmed residence. Lovely living and dining area and separate kitchen with standard facilities. Enjoy the sea views especially from the main bedroom balcony for a refreshing morning. Short distance to the coast where several blue flag beaches will not fail to impress you. There is a communal swimming pool for children and adults within the urbanisation. There are various activities around the surrounding area including fishing, go-carting, horse riding and golf. Slightly further away there are sea life, safari, theme park. 20 minutes away there is a massage centre(San Pedro Del Pintar) offering various types massage & mud bath, or if you just want a mad bath which has health properties to cure joint problems on the beach in the same area.The property is light and airy.

Communal swimming pool for all ages on site. Wide stretch of blue flag beaches. A choice of three golf courses within ten mins drive. There are local markets open everyday of the week within easy reach.Three major markets around playa flamenca on saturday (20min walk).Torrevieja on friday and Lamata on wednesday. Local supermarkets, clinic, hospital and tourist information. There are many places to visit and activities for all ages nearby such as salt lakes, natural parks (excellent for walking and cycling) boat excursions to local islands. Scuba diving and snorkelling. Fun fair, cinema, tenpin bowling, aqua parks, water sports, horse riding and go carting. Slightly further away is a theme park in Benidorm called Terra Mettica,a zoo called Terra natura and MundoMar sealife. Rio sefari in Santa Pola.Flamengo Aqua Park.

The house sleeps 6 people comfortably. The main room has a comfortable double bed with private balcony overlooking sea views for a refreshing morning, ceiling fan fitted large wardrobe portable fan heater, hairdryer laundry basket, bedside table, chest drawer with mirror and long mirror. Twin bedroom overlooking the beautiful garden (courtyard), ceiling fan, large fitted wardrobe bedside table, large mirror by the door. The ground floor has open plan lounge with dinning area, 2 ceiling fan, mobile radiator, mobile air con/heater which you won't need as cool air flows through out the area, equipped with cd/cassette player radio, TV. The kitchen is well equiped with electric oven and hob, cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, in the utility area has washing machine, gas bottle water boiler and storage.

Doors lead to the garden area,patio floor with beautiful mature plants, 2xgarden furniture,deck chairs & parasol to use when you go to the beach. The house is in a safe gated area, with an alarm system for your peace of mind. The house is tiled & marble throughout. Five minutes away you'll find supermarkets, bus stop & taxi rank also 24 hour small shop. Ten minute bus ride to Torrevieja town centre (free bus during summer) around Playa Flamenca and to La Zenia beach, supermarket within very easy reach. Quick drive to Los Altos commercial centre, walk approx 15 minutes. Punta prima beach is a short distance away. Along the coast are several blue flag beaches. Horse riding experience about 10 to 15 minutes drive, called el Cortigo. For golf lovers, 10 minutes drive to three courses next to each other(Villamartin Las Ramblas, Campaomar)and La Finca which is approx 15 to 20 minutes drive.

If you would like some pampering a relaxing therapy centre is 20 to 25 minutes in Sanpedro Del Pinatar named Thalassotherapy, there is also a natural mud bath experience on one of the many beaches around.

we rent for the first time a house in Spain and we were very happy about it. The house is well maintained, very clean and such confortable for our 4persons family! you can use the pool that is just near the house when you are bored by the sandy beaches!there is many places to go and visit and the owner had let to us a book with all the places to go(restaurants, beaches, towns). we recommanded this house to all our friends and if we will have the opportunity to back in Spain we will take this place for sure! as the owner told us : just enjoy your holidays! and that's what we did there!!
