Looe holiday cottage "Little Haven"

Little Haven is very pretty cottage situated in an elevated position in the West Looe conservation area, handily placed for local shops and pubs/restaurants and less than two minutes walk to the harbour. From here the little passenger ferry runs to East Looe with its busy high street and large, sandy beach.

The accommodation is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor is the comfortable sitting room with Freesat TV and DVD and the well fitted, modern kitchen. The first floor comprises the double bedroom and luxury bathroom. Rather steep and narrow stairs lead to the twin bedroom. Throughout the furnishings are bright and modern whilst the feel of a period property is maintained. There are pleasant views to the countryside above the town.

To the front of the cottage there is a south facing patio, ideal for enjoying meals outside, and there is a garden area with colourful displays of shrubs and flowers.

A parking permit (pre-paid) is provided for the Millpool car park which is situated about a 10/12 min walk away.

This is a delightful cottage which will be enjoyed by those seeking a quiet location but with local amenities readily to hand.
