Dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. Bedroom 1: Double Bed. Bedroom 2: Double Bed. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and cot. Couch folds out into Double bed. Bathroom with Bath and shower. Seperate WC. Open Plan Kitchen and Living room with Open Fireplace. Sunroom leading onto Balcony overlooking pool. Outdoor Traditional Style French BBQ. Large Garage for Private off road Parking. Pool with roman steps is 8m X 4m and 1.5m deep throughout. An ideal base for your holiday or extended stay, with a real taste of southern French living in a famous wine-producing village, yet within easy reach of the Mediterannean beaches(30 Mins), Beziers(20mins), Carcassonne and all the riches that the region has to offer. House is located in the village of Laurens, and a short walk to the vineyards.

Thank you so much for a pleasant Stay. The house was just what we were looking for in a holiday. I would recommend this house as it was large with a great big pool which the kids loved. Real taste of France which is what we wanted." - Susan and John
