located right on the seafront at the Hampton end of Herne Bay between central Herne Bay and Whitstable. 3 bedroom bungalow with large loft extension and stunning unspoilt sea views. Front, side and rear gardens. Just 7 miles from Canterbury and 8 miles from Broadstairs. Dover and Folkestone are 25 miles away. Pets welcome.

Ideally the property is set up for 6 guests but will accommodate more in the loft room which has solid stair access. This room has 2 double foutons. Bedding can be provided

The house is approximately 100 years old. It is a detached well furnished and well equipped holiday home. The house is located 1 mile from the centre of Herne Bay, where the local train station is. It has 3 bedrooms downstairs and a large loft room with solid stair access, if extra beds are required we can provide them. Bike hire possible. There is sky TV and stereo, Internet access with an office desk and printer in the loft room. Books and DVDs are supplied. Garden furniture and a bar-be-cue are supplied.

The views from the loft room and lounge are unspoilt and experience the most fabulous sunsets. It is a great area for walking and cycling and is a flat ride all the way to whit stable, or a bit more challenging to Reculver and Canterbury Herne Bay has a cinema, sports centre on the pier, restaurants, pubs and night-life and for children there are rides on the beach and trampolines. There is a Saturday market in the town.

Boat trips can be arranged to go out and see the seals. or water-sports enthusiasts, there is an outdoor water sports centre in Whitstable and we can pre-book sailing and kite surfing courses for anyone interested. There is a slipway for motorised water sports close by and fishing from the beach or the smaller pier are available.

There is a lovely local family pub very close by with a garden, which provides great food and welcome children.
