Two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 4 storey building . Access is by stairs only ( no lift). The apartment has an open plan kitchen / living area with seating for 4 & dining for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer /dryer , cooker , microwave fridge.. Tv with Irish tv channels. Main bathroom has electric shower over bath. The first bedroom has a double bed , the second two singles. Bed linen & a set of towels provided per person, There is parking for 1 car in the courtyard development which is accessed through electric gates
