The property is situated on the top two floors of a period white stucco house. Situated in a quiet residential, leafy road. Ideally Located between various tube stations of, Swiss Cottage (7-8 mins walk), Belsize Park (8-10 mins walk) and Finchley Road (10 mins walk). This appartment has been finished to a very high standard and offers high ceilings, wooden floors and panoramic views. The three bedrooms are all doubles and are generously proportioned. There are two full family bathrooms and a spacious designer kitchen diner. All the latest fittings, including washer dryer, dishwasher, gas hob and modern oven. The bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen are located on the second floor. Upstairs is the living room. This is divided in the center by the stairway. There is a living area with a grand 60 inch cinema system, and multiple speakers. Off the living room is a decked balcony/roof terrace. The second part of the reception is furnished with leather sofas for quiet relaxation.

The views from the terrace are very pleasant as they overlook gardens and trees. Two elegant tiled bathrooms with bath and separate shower cubicle. Very convenient for the west end which is a 15-20 minute drive away or 15-20 minutes by tube. Also situated between the parks of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. (Both 10 minutes walk)
