Beautiful executive luxury apartment with its own private parking, shared swimming pool. There are only 12 Apartments in all. Sky TV and DVD player. Next to the beaches and bays of the beautiful, unspoiled fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar. It is 30 minutes from Universal Studios Port Aventura Theme and Water Parks. Excellent air links to Reus and Barcelona Airports. It is 1hr 30 minutes from the wonderful Gaudi Barcelona and 45 minutes from Roman Tarragona. The property is 20 minutes from Tortosa. The famous River Ebro (cat fishing) is 20 minutes. The bird sanctuary at Ampolla is 15 minutes. Explore the wonderful beauty of Catalunya.

On either side of the Delta and its long line of secluded unspoiled sandy beaches, there are two stretches of shoreline that are more similar to the rest of the Catalan coast. L'Ametlla de Mar is a fishing port with a great personality. The inhabitants refer to it as La Cala, the Cove, because of its natural harbour. Seafood cooking here is justly renowned. Swimming, sailing and walking are the best ways of capturing the beauty which the coast of l'Ametlla still conceals, where pine-trees are reflected in the turquoise-coloured waters. The marinas at l'Ametlla and Sant Jordi d'Alfama or Calafat make a good starting point for discovering cliffs and coves of an utterly unexpected beauty. L'Ametlla has opened up to welcome visitors to enjoy its culture.

    We have a pick-up/drop-off service from Reus airport at 65 euros each way and Barcelona airport at 155 euros each way.

Hi Jacqui. Ian and I had a wonderful holiday at the Apartment. Loved the apartment, had everything we needed. Beautiful town of l'Ametlla de Mar. Went scuba diving. Universal Studios PortAventura two days running. Loved the local Barbecue in the village. Went by train to Barcelona. Will return with friends next time.

We have just had a wonderful two weeks at this apartment in l'Ametlla de Mar. We were picked up and dropped off at Reus airport as we did not need a car. The train station was only a few minutes walk and we could get to PortAventura, Barcelona and Tarragona so very cheaply and quickly. The bars and restaurants in l'Ametlla are very good and reasonable. The view from the apartment was stunning and we had all mod cons that we needed. We will return next year. Thanx Jacqui for the welcome pack.
