Surrounded by unspoilt National Trust land and situated on a designated ancient monument, it boasts some of the most spectacular views in Britain. Perfectly placed for exploring the many treasures of Devon and Cornwall, including the Eden Project ( 35 miles). Bustling Plymouth is 8 miles and popular Looe 12 miles. The lodge boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 x double ensuite, 2 x twin rooms and a family bathroom with shower. The decking has a sunken hot tub with panoramic views over Plymouth and Dartmoor. Among a wealth of local attractions are an array of museums, Lanhydrock, Cotehele, and St. Michaels's Mount, a Monkey Sanctuary, and a host of fishing villages, coastal walks and outdoor activities including surfing and diving The Scilla. Also a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge at Whitsand Bay, all the same facilities except no spa bath, with this lodge, please ask for rates.

  • Lodge 24 is available from 3pm on day of arrival and departure is 10am. Maid service avaiable, please ask for rates. Full payment is due 42 days prior to holiday start date. Once you have made a booking and a deposit paid you cannot transfer the booking unless the lodge is relet for that date. The total number in your party including babies cannot exceed six.
    Rentals normally start on Saturdays and short breaks are available except in very high season.
  • Lodge 24 is also available for short breaks, minimum 2 nights.Please ask for rates and availability.

The property includes 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of six, 1 x double room, en-suite, and 2 x twin rooms with a large bathroom with overhead shower. Large lounge with flat-screen TV and freeview, fully equiped kitchen, all linen and towels provide. The lodge is decked 3/4 of the way around and boasts an outdoor hot tob with fantastic views. The lodge park has a shared indoor pool, sauna, gym and a bar with childrens area. There is a small shop, but the local village of Milbrook is 1/2 mile, which has various pubs, shops and a nice duck pond! The local beach of Whitsand Bay is 2 minutes away down a steep path, well worth the walk. Surfing lessons can be arranged from here.
