Nearest Airport: Alicante/valencia at 60 Minutes
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Javea is a beautiful town, in 3 sections. The port you will find a nice shingle beach, also this area you can arrange a trip in a glass bottom boat or a fishing boat where you can take a nice cruise across the med. The old town, with its shops and restaurants nestled in amongst the cobbled streets, is a pretty little town, with all the typical old spanish buildings. Lastly the Arenal area where you can sit and lounge on the sunbeds on the lovely sandy beach which for many years has been awarded a blue flag for safety and cleanliness, a must for families. Here the bars and restaurants are all close together, where you can sit and eat or just enjoy a drink, and look across the sea. On an evening the arenal comes to life, with plenty of excellent night clubs, join in the hustle and bustle or just simply relax in one of many restaurants and enjoy.Stalls open on an evening where you can browse through the many crafts and pick up a bargain to take home.

  • The changeover day is saturday, but this can be changed with just a one off payment of 50 pounds. The villa will be available to you at 4pm, where possible we maybe able to change this to suit your flights, we ask you to vacate the villa at 10am on day of departure. On day of arrival you will be met with the keys, here we require a 350 pounds refundable deposit, for breakables this will be returned on departure, after inspection.

3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has just been fully reformed, with excellent new en-suite and fitted wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with fitted wardrobes and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed which comprises of a single on the top and a double on the bottom this also has fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has been reformed this has a fridge/freezer and dishwasher and all the utensils for kitchen and bbq use.Out in the utility you will find the washing machine and tumble drier and a large american fridge/freezer. The outside area has an excellent bbq area for the al fresco evenings, this is all set around the large kidney shaped pool and garden making it a very sociable area the garden also has a basketball net if you fancy a bit of excercise or If you fancy a quiet time on your own then there is another terrace with table and chairs where you can just sit and relax. A perfect villa for families.
