The house dates from the mid-1800s. It has been newly renovated to provide 2 self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance. The property, in the village’s historic centre, has been carefully renovated to the highest standards, providing modern spacious accommodation, while not detracting from its original character. It is ideally suited for use by two couples or by a family. The internal door allows the property to be divided into independent apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is only 13km from the famous white city of Ostuni, and a similar distance to the beautiful natural oasis at Torre Guaceto. Alberobello, with its world-renowned trulli, is less than 45km; Castellana Grotte and its famous caves is 54km; and Lecce, the regional capital known as the Florence of the South, is 68km. Close to the property is a good range of restaurants, bars and shops, including one of Puglia’s finest butchers. The nearest supermarket is only 100m away.
