714 La Condesa is comprised of a light and airy lounge / diner - which opens up onto a sunny furnished terrace, overlooking the complex gardens and pool. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, extractor, and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you could require. The master bedroom - which also opens on to the terrace has ensuite bathroom, with full bath and overhead shower. Guest bedroom is serviced by a 2nd bathroom with shower. The apartment has full heating and air conditioning for year round comfort, also satellite television. La Condesa is located on 1 of the 2 spectacular Mijas Golf courses - but of course - there are many !! Not for nothing is this area called the Valley of Golf. Just a couple of minutes drive from the apartment is the beautiful Tamisa Golf hotel - its poolside bar and restaurant enjoying magnificent views of the golf.

Within a few minutes drive also are several excellent restaurants - both International and Spanish. Fuengirola is the closest resort - with endless beaches as well as a massive choice of all types of restaurants, shops and bars. Fuengirola also has an aqua park, and an outstanding acclaimed zoo - just the thing for the children! La Cala de Mijas is a resort much loved by locals and holidaymakers alike. La Cala has reatined much of the charm it had when it was a small fishing village, has a vast selection of bars and restaurants, and a market held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Further afield - but never very far away are Mijas village, Benalmadena with its lovely marina, and of course the glitz and glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Car hire is recommended for your stay in this apartment.
