This great new Town House comprises of a lounge/dining area with TV and DVD Player with patio doors leading to a terrace and and access to the communal garden which has access directly to the pool and communal gardens. The property has 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus 2 other twin rooms. a shower room, the kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and guests toilet

    Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week.

    It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible

    The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

    A small refundable security/damage deposit will be required plus a final clean charge of £35.00
