The Deer View is a unique holiday or short business stay destination property. It is a totally self contained, purpose built annexe of one of the Vale of Glamorgan's most prestigious properties. It is set in approx 7 acres of private grounds and as the name suggests, has unobstructed views across the private Deer Park and beyond across the Vale. The property is conveniently situated a short drive from Cardiff and Cowbridge, and also benefits from being in close proximity to Cardiff Wales International Airport. You will enter the private courtyard parking area via the impressive electric gates, where to the far left of the main residence, you will find the entrance to The Deer View. Entering into the property, a few steps lead down into the living accomodation. This comprises of dining room, modern dining table set for 6 persons, and fully equipped kitchen with intergrated appliances.

An archway leads to the exquisitely furnished lounge which features television with freeview tv and dvd player. French doors lead out onto the private decked terrace, with fantastic far-reaching views across the Vale of Glamorgan. A covered bbq area completes the outdoor space. Stairs lead from the entrace hallway to the first floor, where you will find two excellent sized bedrooms. Bedroom one overlooks the Deer Park and comprises of double bed and all the fixtures and fittings necessary for your stay, and has a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with bath, wc , basin and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the courtyard and again is beautifully decorated and furnished and benefits from its own ensuite shower room with wc, basin and shower cubicle.
