Layout of the house: Set on two levels the house comprises : - a spacious fully fitted open plan kitchen with all modern amenities - electric cooker and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kitchen table - kitchen leads out to terrace, with barbecue, outdoor seating and pool area. - The lounge area completes the space with comfortable seating and formal dining table and chairs. - a second 45m² sitting room with exposed stones and beams offers another beautifull area to relax, near by the large traditional fireplace. There is sat TV with french, and basic englisg and dutch chanels and a very large collections of english langages dvd. - interconnected with the salon is the master bedroom with its own large ensuite bathroom.

Back to the entrance landing, staircase goes down, at garden level where are : - 4 bedrooms - two twin rooms and two double rooms. - A relaxing lounge with sofa and open fireplace (for decorative use only) offering an additional 2 sleeps in the sofa bed and an extra mattres if required. - the shower room, and bathroom, both with toilets, are alos available at that level.

Outside: : The swimming pool: This is the 12 x 6 metre pool, with roman steps. Floodlit at night for those evening drinks under the stars. The terrace offers alfresco dining . Direct access from the kitchen and large barbecue. It is equipped with garden table an chairs.

Other Activities: canoeing, visiting villages, caves, castels, brocantes, markets...and just relax near by the pool!
