Renovated Artist Studio for one [ but has a double sofa bed ] in our pretty garden. Walk to the sea or pub. Has shower cubicle with door, washbasin and loo in shower room. Bed sofa in the sitting / kitchen area. Electric heating. Patio doors and windows, roof window.

Small and compact but ideal bolt-hole for one person but will sleep two. Seperate shower room with electric shower. There is one room to eat , sit and sleep in. this has a pull out double sofa bed. Ikea sink station. Microwave and fridge. Outside we have provided a table and chairs for alfresco dining , if it rains, it will be TV dinner or walk to the local pub. 100 yards away. Only 10 mins walk to the beach with cafe and bar or the Art gallery which also has a cafe.

Golf: Pwllheli and Abersoch Golf courses only 10 mins away by Car. Nefyn about 25 mins by car.
