The location is ideal being only a ten minute stroll to the town and beach in Looe and parking is conveniently located only a few yards distant. The apartment is approached via forty timber steps and the elevated position provides the most lovely views to the river and the surrounding countryside. A private decked area is located at the rear of the property and a further terrace is available from where the views can be much enjoyed. The accommodation is styled in a contemporary but comfortable manner and consists of a large sitting-room, dining room, kitchen, a beautifully appointed bath/shower-room and a double bedroom. The kitchen is all electric with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The sitting area has a large flat-screen TV with DVD and Freeview and there is a radio/CD player. The bathroom is sumptuously equipped with roll top bath and separate shower enclosure. Finally the bedroom can be configured as a twin room or as a king-sized double bedroom. Driftwood is a delightful apartment in an ideal position which will be much enjoyed by those seeking a quiet location within easy reach of the many facilities afforded by the historic fishing port of Looe.
