North Wales has a wondeful coastline and beaches and is a fantastic base for everyone. Conwy, a heritage town and dominated by its 12th century castle is a small bustling town with cobbled streets and historical buildings and is 5 minutes drive. Just a mile further along the coast is the victorian and popular town of Llandudno complete with a tram ride to the top of the Great Orme with views stretching for miles, if your feeling energetic you can walk up and stop halfway at the recently discovered Copper Mine. The famous Bodnant Gardens is not to be missed and is beautiful at any time of year and is enjoyed by both adults and children, its a 5 minute drive from Hobbits. Betwys-y-coed is a popular place for walkers and has plenty of individual shops and places to eat and takes 20 minutes by car.

Newly and fully re-furbished for July this year, this delightful one bedroomed mews house has a really spacious kitchen and bathroom and cosy sitting room to relax in. Hobbits is a very pleasant 10 minute stroll from the popular harbour town of Rhos on Sea which is dominated by a sweeping promenade - ideal for a relaxing walk by the sea after coffee and cakes in one of the many tea rooms that Rhos has to offer. Having a village atmosphere, Rhos has plenty of restaurants and eating places with all the amenties you could need to ensure a relaxing holiday. North Wales is a great place to visit at any time of the year and is steeped in history with castles galore! Living 7 minutes drive from the house and having lived in Rhos on Sea, I know the area and North Wales very well and regularly visit the tourist attractions and if you need any information at all, please don't hesitate to contact me.
