There is also a laundrette on Parque Santiago III which is also accessible by guests staying on Parque Santiago IV, as well as a 24 hour reception. There are 2 lake like salt water pools on Parque Santiago III & IV, one of which is heated from October to May. The large pool covers an area of 1800 metres squared and they both have spacious sun decks. There is a smaller pool for children. In addition there is a fantastic shopping mall with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery and perfumes, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need without having to leave the complex.

There is internet access available in the lounge area of the complex. The complex enjoys cable TV with some English channels including BBC. There is a new water park on Parque Santiago III, which is free for all clients, featuring water slides and activities for 2 to 12 year olds. Clients can use the facilities (pool/sun beds) on either complex. The complex now boasts a modern gym which is available for guests to use.
