    The tariff is fully inclusive of bed linen and towels (except beach towels). A stairgate, highchair and full size cot can be provided free of charge.

    Short breaks from either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday are available in the low season which is from lst November to 31st March 2010 with the exception of the Christmas/New Year and February half term holidays. The short break tariff is £225

Set within extensive grounds and overlooking fields the barn provides our guests with the opportunity to get away from it all, but also to be within five minutes drive of the charming old harbour and town of Padstow, and the numerous sandy beaches nearby. Ideal for a couple, two couples or a family, the barn is furnished and equipped to a high standard and we like to think we have provided everything you may need in the kitchen and around the house. Ground floor: Very large farmhouse kitchen with slate floor and Rayburn, additional electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, large farmhouse table seating 6. Lounge with three comfy sofas, Flatscreen TV (Freeview), DVD, CD/Radio/Cassette player, MP3 Docking station, Wfi, and a good selection of CDs, DVDs, toys, books and games. Good sized south facing centrally heated conservatory with sofa and chairs, further dining table and chairs. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge.

lst Floor: Bedroom 1 is a very large room with exposed beams, quality king size bed to ensure a good nights sleep, flatscreen TV (freeview), power shower and pine furniture. Bedroom 2 again is a large room with twin beds and an additional full size single bed, exposed beams and pine furniture. Bathroom/WC has been completely refurbished with white suite and includes large bath with power shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail. We can also provide a cot, highchair and stair gate at no extra cost.

Outside: South facing patio with picnic table overlooking large secure garden (plenty of space for ball games), and fields. Plenty of parking and storage for bikes, surfboards and wetsuits. BBQ and and beach accessories. provided. Full size table tennis table in external games room.
