Villa Bougainvillea is one of four detached villas on a much sought-after, private complex. This villa has two large bedrooms to sleep either two couples or a family with 3 children. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has three singles. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and both have en-suite facilities. The villa is superbly equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, CD player and big fridge-freezer. It enjoys a built-in BBQ on the ground floor terrace, and wonderful views from its roof-top sun terrace. It is set in stunning Mediterranean gardens with lawns, meandering pathways and 3 delightful ruined stone cottages next to the pool terrace. In one of the ruins there is an Ottoman style seating platform which is a perfect spot to relax in the shade with a book and perhaps a beer or a glass of wine.

From Villa Bougainvillea as your base, you can be as active or as passive as you like. Some days you may choose to just relax by the pool, or sunbathe in complete privacy on your roof top terrace. Another day you might take a cruise on a beautiful wooden Turkish gullet, go snorkeling and visit some of the islands. If you feel more energetic you can take a jeep safari and combine an action packed, fun day with seeing some of our beauty spots and historical sites. Near by there are beaches with water sports of all types, plus fishing, horse riding, camel riding, diving, para-gliding, microlites and excursions to many fascinating locations.

Villa Bougainvillea is located in a stunning, quiet valley surrounded by small farms and mountain slopes. Specifically, it is located in the historic Kaya valley which is between the harbour town of Fethiye and the famous beach resort of Olu Deniz on the south west Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Holidays at Villa Bougainvillea are for those people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy holiday resorts! This little spot of paradise is to be found nestling between fields and mountains, is luxury set amongst tranquility, but is only a short walk from the village restaurants and a 10 or 15 minute taxi ride from all the shops, bars, beaches and boat trips. The Kaya valley is famous in Turkey being a protected area of outstanding natural beauty, and with its deserted and picturesque Greek village. There is very little crime in this part of Turkey. The children grow up in a family culture and respect their elders. The little tots walk to school unaccompanied, hand in hand.

The coastline is amongst the most beautiful in the world - with mountains tumbling directly into the sea and numerous islands just waiting for you to explore.
