The location is super being just a short stroll from the shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour of West Looe and also the ferry to East Looe and only ten minutes to the beach. A real feature of the Harbourview Apartments is, as the name implies, the wonderful views across the harbour, out to sea, also the bridge and estuary of Looe ( all pictures are from the penthouse or patio ). The accommodation comprises a very contemporary, combined living room/dining room/kitchen, a large double bedroom and bathroom.
On the ground floor there is also a small patio area with outside furniture overlooking the sea and harbour. The main living area has a comfortable sofa bed which can provide sleeping for an extra two persons if required.
The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a washer/drier. The double bedroom is spacious and in common with the living room has great views. Lastly there is a generously sized bathroom with bath and fitted shower over, w,c, and basin. Parking is provided by means of a pre-paid pass for a large car park close to the bridge under 5 min walk away. Parking is also possible close to the wall outside the apartment 24hr a day from the 1st October - 31st May and from 6pm-9am all year round. Pengelly will be most enjoyed by active guests wanting a quiet holiday but with a good range of facilities very close at hand.
