Situated in a narrow street of old stone houses and yet not overlooked, the house has an airy feel due to the terraced effect of housing which is characteristic of the village. At entry level to the house on Rue De L’ Iglesia there is a the large open plan living area comprising of a sitting area with French doors that open inwards and look out onto Mount Canigou. Past the open wooden staircase is the dining area and fully equipped open plan kitchen, which is separated from the living room by a marble topped breakfast bar. A wood burning stove in the living room provides character and efficient heating and there is exposed stonework visible in some areas. Upstairs there is a large landing that leads to two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Again there is exposed stonework visible in all rooms. At the lower level, the front of the house has a large garage with sink, newly installed washing machine and W.C.

Here there is plenty of room for storage of bikes, skis, etc…
