The House is located in the heart of Chichester. All of the main attractions, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Large entrance hallway with dining room to the left hand side and music room and downstairs sitting room to the right. The sitting room overlooks the garden. Kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer. Downstairs w.c and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. The back door leads directly to the garden (down a few steps). First Floor:- Second sitting room with large T.V and DVD Player overlooking the garden. Study with desk and chair and wifi access. Single Bedroom overlooking the front of the house. Double Bedroom overloking the front of the house with en-suite shower room. Second Double Bedroom overlooking the garden. House Bathroom with rolltop bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Second Floor:- Large bedroom overlooking the garden with 3 single beds. 2 Double bedrooms overlooking the front of the house.
