Ground floor : Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, micro wave, washing machine; nice living room opened to the south terrace and garden, very cosy, decorated with lots of taste, beautiful fireplace, separate dining area. Two bedrooms with air conditioning opening onto the terrace and garden : 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide), little TV; 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide) or 2 single beds (80 cm wide) little TV These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. 2nd independent toilets with washbasin 1st floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and en-suite shower room with toilet and double basin. Superb, large summer kitchen in front of the swimming pool, equipped with BBQ, hob, corner living area for relaxation. Parking for 2/3 cars. Boules ground . Supermarket less than 500 m by car.
