Terrace in front of the house and the swimming pool, with high quality garden furniture, relaxation area and dining area with BBQ. Splendid mountain views. Ground floor : all open onto the terrace and the swimming pool : TV area with large flat screen TV, English channels, fireplace, dining area, nice large kitchen, very well-equipped (American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery) laundry with washing machine and dryer. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and en-suite shower with toilet, large fittings. Independent toilet.

1st floor: 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm wide) nice large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Independent toilet. Sheltered parking for 2 cars and possibility to park 1 or 2 extra cars. All commodities and the town centre of Vence only 2 km away. Linen provided (sheets, bath towels & pool towels).
