New to the Letting Market... Crag Cottage is a pretty Lakeland property located down a quiet cul-de-sac, 50 yards from Keswick town square. Our traditional two bed cottage has been recently refurbished and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, ideal for a couple, friends or small family. At the front of the cottage is a small secluded patio garden with mature shrubs, ideal for enjoying an al fresco dinner, and there is the benefit of private parking at the rear of the cottage.

    • Visitors are asked to vacate the premises by 10.00am for cleaning
    • The property will be ready for arrivals by 3.00pm
    • Visitors who arrive earlier than 3pm are welcome to leave their bags at the property
    • The house is owner maintained and the owner lives 3 minutes away.

Heated by gas central heating and comprising: Ground Floor: Lounge with wooden floor, sash window & woodburning stove - LCD TV, DVD, CD radio. Kitchen, newly fitted, with gas oven/hob, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave and dining table. Hallway with reading area. Bathroom with bath, shower (over bath), WC and wash hand basin. Staircase from lounge leading to First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size double bed & built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with single bed. Facilities/Miscellaneous outside: Private patio garden with garden furniture. Private parking space for one car at rear. All utilities and bed linen provided.
