This modern 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the first floor, sleeps maximum 6 persons (4 persons in beds in another 2 in a double sofa bed), with Satellite Tv Sky, one complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex and the apartment has top quality finishings and a sunny balcony with charming views of the surrounding area. There is a leisure area with large swimming pool for adults and two smaller for children and babies surrounded by lovely gardens. Great place, peaceful, perfect for sunbathing and having fun, with seating area to rest. Near the entrance, there is a small park with barbecue area surrounded by high pine trees offering the shades, good for having your favorite charcoal grilled specialities or for a picnic. The complex offers the security of an electronic gate access, parking is available with shade for your car. The apartment has walking distance to the supermarkets, restaurants, bars, medical centre and the beach of Olhos de Água.

  • Prices in the tariff table are for 3 until 6 persons. A discount of 35€ is made per week for 2 persons stay. Exception: The price is the same for 2 until 6 persons in Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks, June, July, August and 1/ 15 September.

    - All prices are for the property, per week. Minimum period stay is 7 days.

    - Changeoverday: Flexible from 16 / 30 September until May. Saturday or Sunday from June until 1 / 15 September.

    - Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).

    - 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60% is to be paid on the arrival day.

    - Security breakage, the amount of 200€ is required for security of the apartment equipment. This must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure day providing no damage occured.

The apartment is in the first floor and has lift, no need to use the steps. There are 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) with air conditioning, one with double bed and another with two twin beds, both sunny. They are fully equipped with fitted wardrobes and bedroom cabinets. There is a sofa bed in the living room for sleeping more 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all apliances. There is a bathroom with bath (overhead shower). The living room is spacious with dining room, table and chairs for 6 persons, a comfortable lounge with Tv, Sky receiver. Has access to a sunny balcony facing south with views of the surrounding area. In the outside there are three swimming pools surrounded by a beautiful garden, this area is great for sunbathing, resting with shaded area also. There are two sunloungers for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There are other sunloungers in the complex, but they are shared with the other guests. Please bring your own pool / beach towels.

The access of the complex is made through an electronic gate. At the entrance of this complex there is a covered parking for your car and a spacious wooded area, great to relax and have our favorite grilled food. Beautiful space with high pine trees offering the shade needed, with picnic table, chairs and a barbecue area. The property is around 10 minutes walk from the centre of Olhos de Água and the beach and a short taxi ride away from the centre of Albufeira and the strip .
