This property location allows it to be used for sun/ beach lovers and those that wish to explore the troodos region. This wonderful property has air conditioning for the bedrooms and lounge for those long hot summer days. The villa has one double bed contained in the master bedroom which overlooks your own private swimming pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, both the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Within the lounge you will find a large three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa, dining table which seats six, tv and dvd player. A large patio set is provided which seats six and comes with a parasol so that you can enjoy eating outdoors. A barbecue is provided for those that wish to cook outside. The property also provides sun loungers for those that wish to relax around the pool. The property has a modern fully fitted kitchen with all utensils.

Souni,Erimi, Kolossi and Episkopi are small villages set in a rural area 6 minutes west of Limassol and less than 4 minutes from the beach, 35 minutes to Phapos Airport and 50 minutes to Larnaca Airport.These villages have been known to many British Ex pats who have lived in Cyprus prior to settling here permanently, it is nice to live in a community where you can have peace and quiet and yet have all the amenities on your doorstep. Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca, are within easy reach and have everything for the serious shopper. Episkopi - has a branch of the Cyprus Bank, a large well stocked supermarket called Lissiotis, petrol stations, garages, pubs, bars, news agents, bakers, tavernas, family fun park, schools, and lots of small businesses and is less than 1 km from Curium Beach with its 3 restaurants and Amphitheatre or try your hand at Paragliding. TheTroodos mountains is only three quarters of an hour away and is the only ski resort in Cyprus.

Erimi - there are a number of Mini Markets open all hours, shops, chemist, schools, travel agents, garden centres, Indian Takeaway, Butchers, Bakery, Post Office, Bank, DIY stores, fish and chip shop, village pubs. The Cyprus wine museum is located in Erimi, the worlds first known wine was thought to have been produced in the village. Generally the prices of housing and cost of living are less expensive compared with the tourist areas and highly British populated areas on the island. Kolossi - well known for Kolossi Castle, the village attracts visitors from all over the world. Richard the Lionheart built the castle on his way to the Crusades. There are shops of all kinds, a petrol station, schools and local tavernas. Nearby at fasouri there is a large citrus plantation producing oranges, lemons, grapefruits and pomegranates, just to drive through the plantation is an experience of the aroma of the fruits of Cyprus. There is also a large waterpark amongst the orange groves.
