Our luxury holiday home is a brand new two bed, two bath townhouse at the world renown Jack Nicklaus designed Polaris World Golf resort LA TORRE. Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms that can be made up as twins or doubles and two luxury bathrooms. Master bedroom has sliding double doors onto sun terrace. Enjoy our sun lounger and garden terrace suite, ideal for sharing breakfast in the morning or watching the sun go down. Lounge area has leather suite, coffee table, TV and entertainment system comprising plasma TV, DVD player and music system (mp3/ipod compatible). Kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons. Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine. Outside there is a unique Finish designed glassed in terrace that can be fully opened up or left as a conservatory, (currently dinning area). This additional living area makes this townhouse larger and more versatile than any other. Furnished by interior designers and decorated to a very high standard.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning and laundry costs and meet and greet fee is an additional 75 euros per stay. A deposit for damage and breakages is £175 paid in advance with booking. This will be returned as soon as the inventory and cleaning has taken place after your stay. We offer a 25 % discount for return customers who rent our town house again within one calendar year, and a 10% reduction for your friends if you recommend us to them. We can also arrange breakfast packages for your arrival at an extra cost. Please let us know if you would like prices.
  • We have two adult bikes and one child bike (suitable for an 8-10 year old) available for hire. Cost is £12 euros per bike per week. This resort is ideal for bike hire as it is totally flat and makes for lovely bike rides. Please make a specific request if you require the bikes so they can be left out for you.

Notes: The ground floor outside terrace has been enclosed by glass sliding panels, (unique design from Finland) making this an additional living area/conservatory. The room is set up as a dinning area making the lounge a larger than normal space. There is also a utility room, off the kitchen. The glass wall can easily be fully opened to make an outside terrace, as in all other townhouses. This is a non-smoking house, however if you smoke outside the property then you are welcome.

Golfers paradise: The long awaited Jack Nicklaus designed golf trail is now ready for your pleasure. Eventually there will be 8 courses with the Hacienda Riqueme completing end 2007. With 18 holes now available at Polaris sister resort Mar Menor and 18 holes at the fabulous La Torre, plus the many many other golf courses and resorts locally including La Manga just a few miles away you can not beat this location as your base for a truly memorable golf break. The stunning golf club and well thought out course at La Torre plays off Par 64 and is offering great packages with many special offers currently in place as a new resort. A round of golf is around 50 euros. At La Torre you can combine quality and a first class resort with extremely reasonably prices in both accommodation and golf packages.

Family holiday: La Torre Golf Resort is a family holiday in the Costa Calida in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain. The resort is newly finished and is a truly exceptional 5* star resort location. All accommodation has that newly fresh painted and well kept appearance with brand new pools, play area, super market and all at extremely reasonable prices. It is just a short drive to the regions fabulous beaches and coastal resorts, yet out of the tourist hassle and bustle. Close to both Alicante and Murcia airports this location in ideally central for short breaks as well as longer holidays.

We stayed here in July 2008 for 3 weeks.The house is exactly as described and we really enjoyed our stay.It is in a very quiet location ,not overloooked ,but across the road from a communal pool and well located for accessing all the resort has to offer.The home is furnished to a very high standard with a/c throughout.La Torre is a top class venue with fine restaurants,golf, tennis,supermarket etc.A car is necessary within the resort but also to appreciate the nearby towns and beaches.We would have no hesitation in recommending this home and resort to future visitors.
