A ground floor twin bed apartment with lounge diner, American style kitchen with all facilities, bathroom, utility room with washing machine. TV with DVD player and Playstation. Next to Villamartin golf course, walking distance to Villamartin Plaza with lots of eating places and live entertainment. Communal pool which has a shallow end for younger children. Our 9yr old love it!!! This apartment can sleep 4-5 people. It is found in a very quiet area with a communal pool in front, a large garden area to the side and riding stables behind. The property benefits from both a front and back door. 5mins drive from La Zenia beach and many others along the coast. Torreveija is 15mins away with lots of good restaurants, beaches, market, enjoy an evening stroll along the promenade or the kids can have fun at the large fairground.

You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy one of our holidays. The picturesque village of Cabo Roig sits high on a palm tree covered peninsular a few miles south of the fishing village of Torrevieja. A dramatic cliff walk links the two sandy and secluded bays and Cabo Roig marina nestles at one end of the main bay overlooked only by an exquisite and well-renowned restaurant. The wide sandy beaches, with EEC Blue flag Awards, rocky coves and a beautiful marina offer safe swimming, fishing, scuba diving and boating. Torrevieja, the nearby resort, is home to one of Spain's largest fishing fleets. The shops, markets, bars & restaurants cater for all tastes. The palm tree lined promenade transforms into a bustling market on summer evenings. To the north & south are miles of golden sandy beaches. Nearby is a large and exciting Aquapark, ideal for children and adults alike. The wide sandy beaches, with EEC Blue flag Awards, rocky coves and a beautiful marina offer safe swimming, fishing.

Beaches: The Torrevieja area has 7 EU blue flag beaches. These vary from the very active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services to secluded rocky and sandy coves. All of the major beaches have first aid posts and most have refreshment areas. Also worth a visit are the beaches at Guardamar.

Places to Eat: There are many places to eat in and around Torrevieja and the Costa Blanca South region. You will be spoilt for choice and pleased with the cost. There are many Chino restaurants wherever you go. These are normally well run, offer quick service and set menus for four can cost as little as 40 euros all in with drinks. It is unfair to single out any particular eating house but try the La Zenia beach area, the many bars and restaurants along the promenade at Torrevieja where there is plenty of variety and you can while away an hour or so watching the world go by and enjoy the atmosphere. Along the road at Punta Prima there is also lots to sample including an ice cream parlour. Villamartin Plaza has two levels of restaurants and in the summer is very busy. The local singers compete with each other as well as the music from the bars but its a great atmosphere.
