Notes: No smoking in villa but allowed out on patio/pool area. Inflatables are left at villa for guest use. here is a large lake on Tower Lake where you can fish for bass...we provide rods for those budding anglers amongst you. Games room is provided for guest use Pool heating is available at an extra weekly charge. Being a gated community only those staying at Tower Lake will be able to gain access to the villa as gates are coded therefore giving guests extra security. Villa is not overlooked at rear so guests can enjoy holidays without other villa guests looking into the villa. We supply game boy for use at villa along with other games.

How Far From Theme Parks?: Disney--13 minutes, Sea world Universal International drive 25 minutes at most. Villa guests who have previously stayed at other communities in Orlando have stated that Tower Lake has the easiest interstate links into all parks and they find highways are not bumper to bumper - staying on the 192 they found it was a 'car park' of a morning and evening as all motorists were all heading the same way. They have said they will come back to the villa as accessibility to all tourists attractions was far superior to other places they had previously stayed.

What time do we have the villa from and till: Villa will be ready for guests at 4 pm, to be vacated at 10 am unless agreed with management company. Guests will be sent codes for entry to both community gates and villa two weeks before their departure plus directions form both airports

A Wonderful memorable Holiday

First time holiday for us in Orlando, we are family of 4 from Lancashire,
kids - 2 lads aged 13 and 17. Arrived at Orlando Int airport and we were bit
nervous about driving and finding the actual villa but the villa owner Julie
had sent us directions which were brilliant, my husband soon got used to the
automatic car and we actually found the roads quite easy to follow as they
are very well sign-posted and we arrived at the villa no problems finding it
at all. When we walked into the villa we were amazed it was so large and
spacious couldn’t fault it, the pool is superb and the kids enjoyed the
games room in the garage. It was brilliant that the lads had their own
space, TVs and bathrooms so we all had some privacy which was good. There is
everything you could possibly need at the villa Julie the owner rang us to
check all was ok with the villa the day after our arrival. The villa is in
an excellent location, Walmart 2 mins down the road and southern dunes golf
course within minutes away, lads enjoyed 2 rounds of golf hiring golf buggy
and clubs they thought it was great. My husband and the lads enjoyed fishing
off the large lake there is a wooden jetty there that you can fish off,
there are rods that you can use in the villa, they bought fishing baits and
bits and pieces of fishing stuff from Walmart which was dead handy and they
had a prize catch of a large bass. We found driving to the Disney parks easy
as all off the Interstate 4 which is easy to get to from the villa. We had a
great time did all the parks and swam with the dolphins at discovery cove
not to be missed, we had some excellent meals during out stay, we loved the
Italian Olive Gardens Restaurant which is located on the 192 and we loved
Mannies just up the road past Walmart. Had a fantastic holiday would
definitely recommend this villa to anyone and we are now saving up hopefully
to go back in 2011 - wish we could go back sooner!

We ulled onto Tower Lake trying to decide which villa was going ot be ours. As we turned into the road ahead of us was a lovely villa which all the family screamed "Thats it, Thast the one!". The flight was forgotten. Entering the villa it was spotless, the children were speechless and when they pulle dback the blinds the three of them jumped fully clothed into the lovely pool All videoed for prosperity.
Villa provided us with evrything we required, even fishing rods to try fishing for the first time..we were down at he peir everymorning and my sons loved the time spent with a dad who is always too busy at home.
The pool was so private and we sat of an evening having a drink and sunbathing till gone 9 pm. it was a truly lovely experience. Disney took us 15 minutes, seaworld 20 minutes. The roads were congestion free and it was very straight forward. Celebration was like a fantasy world and I say you should try there.
We booked the villa last year and the service we received from julie was really excellent she gave us advice and help when we asked for it and we even phoned her from the villa [free cals by the way] to ask her the way to a Mall!
Anyone wondering about booking this villa I say go for it..you willnot be disappointed a lovely place to stay and great value for money. We will be returning again in a few years time and will be looking to stay at the vila again.
Service ten out of ten, cleanliness ten out of ten, villa owners help and advice...twenty out of ten!!!
A holiday of a lifetime..never to be forgotten from arriving at the villa to our departure..we were a very happy family.
We will be passing the villas details onto all our family and friends as it truly is great value for money.

From Booking to leaving the UK for the villa we were provided with all the info we required. The owner was so helpful and when we opened the door to the villa we wer met by the nicest sight we have ever seen. A lovely villa well equipped, beautful rooms lovely pool which was totally private plus the sun all day long as promised by the owners. We have told all our friends about this villa and we will definately be going back when HArry Potter opens.
Out of TEN..WE give this villa and its owners 15!!
Thank you for all the help plus speedy refund of our bond..we look forward to staying again very soon..Julie and John you gave excellent service.

Brilliant Villa

We had 2 wonderfull weeks in this brilliant villa, We cannot praise it highly enough, everything was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is there. the solar heating for the pool and spa means it is always warm even at 8 in the morning!
The position is brilliant, Calabay Park is 15 mins from disney, and there are shops and restraunts 2 mins away.

A Stunning Villa

We had a wonderfull time at this stunning villa. The communication from the owner was fantastic and she couldnt have been more helpful from booking our holiday to the end she even contacted us on our first day there to make sure everything was ok. The directions were great from the villa to the airport it was so easy to find. The villa was just as stated on the advert if not more spectacular, the photos do not do this property justice. the property was spotlessly clean, with clean towels, linen etc available for us to use. I would recommend this property to all because we had such a fantastic time, The Kids loved the pool and it is south facing also which means that the sun is there all day from the minute you get up. The villa is located just off highway 27 and close to all amenities and disney parks. approx 15 mins to disney.20 mins to international drive and shopping malls . There is a wallmart located 2 mins away which i spent most of my time in as i had never seen anything like it took me half a day to get round with some great bargains so take an extra case.I will definatly be visiting this villa again, hopefully next year, once again, thankyou for a wonderfull holiday of a life time.
