Set in a large private garden with terrace. On the ground level, a dining room, living room with TV, a large sliding glass connecting with the front terrace, garden , fully equipped kitchen, toilet, back terrace and laundry room. On the first floor, there is a queen size bed suite with its own bathroom, 1 double bedrooms,1 triple bedroom, and a full bathroom. Notes to the rental rates

• The above rental rate is for a maximum of 6 people(adults or children).There would be a charge for each extra person of ?100 per week. A security deposit of €500 is required for each letting and is refunded when you live. 30% of rental is payable on reservation. Balance (including deposit) is payable 2 weeks before arrival or cash at the time of checking after 5 pm (17 hour). A baby's cot and dining chair is available free. Linen bed and towels are available to hire €100. Last clean of the house €100.
