'Villa Capo Corso': elegant property with pool composed of a main villa ( sleeps 5) and a guest house ( sleeps 2), lies in the Massarosa hills around Viareggio and Lucca, just 15mn to the nearest beach. The main villa is on 3 floors & is made up of the ground floor (partly semi-basement h 2,20 mt.) a big new fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a full bathroom (shower) & direct access to the pool through stairs. The 1st floor has a large living room with access to a panoramic terrace, a full bathroom (shower)and direct access to the garden. The 2nd floor has a studio, a large double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi and shower) and a beautiful panoramic terrace. In front of the villa, within the property, there is an attractive guest house ( sleeps two) which we recommend for young people; it's made up of an open room with fully equipped cooking corner, a double bed (raised level) a full bathroom & a nice terrace.

The property is situated on the Massarosa hills around Lucca,235m above sea level, just 15mn from the nice sandy beaches of Viareggio, with beautiful views of the sea and of Lake Massaciuccoli: when it's very clear you can see Corsica island, too. Nearby there is a small Tuscan village, with an old church, some little shops and 2 good restaurants. The surroundings: mountain villages, miles of golden beaches, smart resorts like the renomated 'Forte dei Marmi' and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered. Opera, arts and music festivals run throughout summer and make Versilia a region where visitors can soak up Italian culture at its finest. The house is also an ideal base for trips in the Apuan Mountains and to visit the famous Tuscany sites: Lucca, Pisa (30km), Florence (90km), the famous 'Cinque Terre'...
