Rome in the the most exclusive neighbourhood in the city, Olgiata .you can find it on every map of Rome or on Google Earth (address: Largo Olgiata). It is a kind of Roman 'Beverly Hills', made by villas, cottages and low buildings surrounded by trees and plants.24 hours security. the apartment is 55 square meters for maximum 4/5 people. Parquetted floor, bedroom, sitting room, American kitchen, bathroom, small terrace, on the first of a 2 storey building. it is not in the city centre.public transports:.you can take the bus and in few minutes you get to the city train station. from there you can reach St. Peter's church (and downtown Rome) in around 25 min.- in the summer, swimming-pool (50 meters), by payment.tennis courts, by payment. two beautiful lakes, Bracciano and Martignano, are near (20 min. by car).the sandy beaches of Tirrenian Sea is 30 min faraway by car.
