This beautiful Provençal Villa is available for long and short term holiday renting. At the foot of Mont Ventoux it is surrounded by vine, olive and cherry trees, situated by the tiny Hamlet of 'Les Héritiers', just 2K from the beautiful village of Bédoin. Headline points: All bedrooms en-suit. Absolutely stunning views. Private & secluded walled garden. Beautiful 10 x 6 swimming pool. Ample parking adjacent to the villa. All on one level with good access. Wire free broadband internet connection. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout, with open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, plus three pretty en-suit bedrooms. Entrance is through a large covered terrace into a comfortable lounge with log fire and satellite TV, French doors lead into a walled garden, this has a BBQ and covered dining area. The Provençal kitchen is spacious with all modern appliances.  The pool is all one depth, solar heated, with both suntraps and plenty of shade.

Bédoin, sandwiched between the Mediterranean/Camargue and the Luberon to the south, the Ardèche &  Rhone Valley to the north east, and the Alpes to the north west.  We are close to the historic towns of Avignon, Orange & Cavaillon, but our nearest town is Carpentras.

Notes: The Villa was designed and constructed on an old vineyard. As a new construction this has enabled us, without constraints, to achieve the ideal villa for your holiday in Provence. For example, the villa is all on one level, making access easy for all. The Villa is positioned facing south, with walls placed to maximise privacy. All our rooms are light and bright, perhaps here we have diverted slightly from the old Provençal, nevertheless we have still retained the overall style of Provençe. Construction is modern in style but we have endeavoured to make the Villa appear as if it has always been part of the Hamlet. Entrance to the Villa is made through a large 5 metre x 4 metre covered terrace, this terrace is also ideal for dining, it is shaded from the direct sun and through its large arch there is a splendid view of the garden. We have designed a walled garden that is both attractive and gives maximum privacy, this includes a BBQ area and a shady place to eat and relax.
