This 17th century apartment building is located on Jean Jacques Rousseau, one-half block from Rue St. Honore and two blocks from the Louvre, the Seine, a five minute walk to the Palais Royal, ten minutes by foot to the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame, just to mention a few! This apartment is centrally located and you do not even have to hop on the metro to see the major sites! This light and airy apartment looks over the rooftops of Paris. It is a fifth floor walk up with high beamed ceilings. There is a modern tile bath with a tub/shower attachment. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner stove, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. The one bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room includes a full size sofabed, telephone/fax/answering machine, cable TV (CNN/BBC) and CD/radio/cassette player and high speed internet. Linens and kitchenware are included. 45 square meters. Sleeps three comfortably. This is a great apartment for work or play.

On our street we have the historic Passage Vero Dodat, also great restaurants on JJ Rousseau which are perfect after a tiresome day of touring! In the apt. The apt was awesome! Walking to most of the major attractions was a breeze. The apt was really home away from home, well stocked with info on the city and convenience maps. Loved it and will return someday.

Just back from a five day stay in this apartment.We had a really great time in Paris, the apartment was lovely and so close to all the major sights. It is a real home away from home. We also tried some of the restaurants Nancy recommended and can only add our own recommendation. The food was fantastic, and we did not feel too bad about having dessert as we had all the stairs to climb.We will certainly stay here next time we are in Paris.

This apartment is wonderful! It is stocked with everything that you could possibly need and is very convenient to the Metro, shopping and museums.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment. The booking process and the welcome once we were there were both very proffessional and effective. Nancy has a lot of valuable information about the area and its cafes and restaurants, and the location is unbelievable. Imagine being at the Louvre in just 1 minute walking every time you fancy!
The stairs may be indeed a challenge for people with limited mobility, as they are very steep. But if you can cope with them with no problems, you will certainly love to spare your vacation days in such a nice flat. The space is just perfect for 2 people.
