2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment is light, bright, tastefully furnished and has two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen to living/ dining room which opens to the big terrace. It is accessed from it´s own entrance from outside. The view is very relaxing, all green with no crane in sight, by all means real holiday spot. Very tranquil setting with outstanding beauty. A parking space is allocated in front of the apartment.The beautiful two communal pools have an incorporated small pool for children can be accessed by key and is for residents only.There is a private bar with hot and cold snacks, free sun loungers and sometimes there is a live music.The apartment is in walking distance to Shopping Centre Lirios with Chinese and Spanish restaurant, Bank , Irish pub, Hairdresser, DIY shop and large children's play area. The local, very romantic beach is two minutes drive and has two bars and sometimes at night live music. The sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea are just a short drive away.

Cumbre Del Sol is situated between Moraira and Javea. Everywhere on Cumbre the views are incredible and it feels like a mountain but it has a local beach called Moraig, which is very popular with the local Spanish residents. For those who enjoy walking , local Tourist Information Centre offer free guided walks of the area. The area itself is a resident only so there are no high rise hotels and mass tourism. The nearest towns are upmarket Moraira ( 5 km )and Javea ( 10 km ) offer nice holiday atmosphere with numerous various restaurants , fiestas and local markets. Nearby Calpe and Denia are bigger towns and are very cosmopolitan. Ondara new shopping centre is 25 min drive towards Denia. Benidorm is 30 min drive and has a lot of family fun like Mundomar , Water park , Terra Mitica , Terra Natura, Safari Park , Shopping , Antique Market.... The main picture of the beach Moraig ,is the nearest beach to the apartment .

  • Refundable security deposit is 100 Pounds or 150 Euro and it will be collected on your arrival to the property. After final inspection , it will be returned to you on your last day of stay if no damage has occurred in the property. Towels and linen are included in the price but we do not provide beach towels, sorry. If you require mid week linen change, it will be separate charge of 35 Euro.
  • There will be an English speaking person waiting for you to show you around and give you the key's from the apartment. You will get a map and information about the local amenities . Also at the time of booking we will offer you a Welcome Pack , if required , which is 25 Euro and is payable on arrival.
  • Please note that cleaning charge is 50 Euro and is payable on your arrival to the property. This is extra charge which comes on top of your property charge.
