Villa Nieves is a beautifully restored house in the pretty traditional village of Niguelas. It is a spacious house designed in a rustic style but with all the modern comforts. The living area of the house measures over 200sq m with a very large reception room and kitchen. There is a large patio with an outside dining area pool (5.5 x 2.5m) and for the cooler months the house has central heating and an open fire. The living room balcony has magnificent views of the village and the renowned Lecrin Valley. Dramatically located beneath the peaks of the Sierra Nevada the ski resort can be reached in under an hour and with the Costa Tropical only 30 minutes away. Villa Nieves makes a wonderful holiday home no matter what the season. The nearest beach resort to Villa Nieves is Salobreña, just 30 min drive away. An easy drive to have a wonderful fish lunch on the beach and wander around the old town. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is about 45 minutes away on an excellent road.

Nearest Train: Granada at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A44 Junc 157 at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 30.0 Kilometres
Nigüelas has excellent road links and all the local attractions can easily be reached by car. It is a lively, friendly village with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There are also many marked tracks for walking in the mountains, or guided walks can be arranged. In winter it is very popular with walkers and skiers as it is very beautiful with the snow on the Sierra Nevada mountains. In September the village holds its annual fiesta and for a week it is alive with events and dancing late into the night. Villa Nieves is situated at the edge of the village with excellent walking and riding in the Sierra Nevada mountains a short walk away. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are 20 minutes away by car, Costa Tropical 30 minutes and the nearest airport Malaga, is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
